Beach Save the Date magnet

My name was not printed correctly - I asked for “Anna Kate & Rhett” and only got “Anna & Rhett.” No one calls me just Anna & I wasn’t told anything about it not being able to fit or my name being shortened. Also the font on the bottom of the magnet is difficult to read, should be darker. We were not impressed, sorry!

Sorry to hear about your experience with MAGNETQUEEN.
But, in defense of the team, your order was for a Sample Pack. A Sample Pack is to see feel and touch our magnets. We normally do not personalize samples.
When an order is placed we have a proofing process.
1. A proof is sent for approval or modification.
2. if approved, it goes to print. If modification is requested, a new proof will be sent to you.
3. We do not print till your approval is received. Once approval is received you then have the option to order a finalized sample pack of your magnet.
Since this is the first we are hearing of this, please email or call so that we can try to sort out your concerns. We have tried contacting you.

Once design approval has been received your order will proceed to production. Timeline is on or about days.
